- We draw up an inventory of the client’s wishes (style, terminology, jargon);
- We discuss the deadline as well as the tariff for the translation assignment;
- If preferred, a test translation can be done;
- We work with a permanent team of trained (higher vocational training or university) professional translators;
- Every translation is checked;
- The assignment is delivered and finalised according to the deadline;
- The client receives an invoice and pays within 30 days;
- Any remarks can be linked to us within five days.
